Refund Policy

In the event of a no-show or unutilized bookings, the User must request any valid and applicable refunds according to the Vendor’s policies or within 15 days from the travel date, whichever comes first. Refund requests made after 30 days from the travel date or check-in will not be entertained, and any unclaimed amounts for no-shows or unutilized bookings will be deemed forfeited.

The refund process will begin within 15-20 working days from the cancellation request date, after receiving the corresponding refund from the Vendor. Refunds will be made using the original payment method (such as the credit card or bank account used for the transaction).

Refunds for Travel Agents (B2B Bookings)

For travel agents, refunds, recharges, or any type of credits will be applied to their account balance. In case of account closure, agents must use their balance or clear any outstanding dues. No direct money transfers will be made to the travel agent’s bank account under any circumstances.

Non-contactable Users

If a User books a service and cannot be contacted through the provided contact details, the booking will be cancelled. Neither Saffron Voyages nor the Vendor will be responsible for any charges or expenses incurred due to this cancellation.

Vendor-Related Refunds

Refund claims arising from the cancellation or delay of a flight (or other service) by the Vendor are subject to Saffron Voyages receiving the refund from the Vendor. If the Vendor does not issue a refund, Saffron Voyages is not liable for the refund.

Flight Ticket Cancellations

For cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled flight, Saffron Voyages will handle the request. For cancellations within 24 hours, the User must cancel directly with the airline and inform Saffron Voyages to process the refund.

Saffron Voyages will charge a cancellation fee in addition to the Airline’s cancellation fees. The amount of this fee may vary based on the service and transaction.

Other Service Cancellations

For services like bus tickets, Saffron Voyages will also add its own cancellation fee to the Vendor’s fees. The Vendor’s cancellation policy governs all cancellations, and Saffron Voyages cannot modify these terms.

Refunds will only be processed once the User informs Saffron Voyages. Partial cancellations may or may not be allowed, depending on the Vendor’s policy.

Rescheduling Services

Rescheduling services, such as changing flight dates, will incur:

  • Fare differences
  • Airline reschedule/penalty charges
  • Saffron Voyages reschedule charges

Fees for domestic and international bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling will differ depending on the service.

Name, Title, and Other Changes

Changes such as name, title, age, sector, or similar modifications are generally not allowed by Vendors. Users must resolve these issues directly with the Vendor, as Saffron Voyages is not responsible for such changes.

Non-Refundable Convenience Fees

Once a confirmed ticket or service is booked, convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Special Discounted Return Fares

For special discounted return fares, both sectors must be cancelled together.

User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for any required travel documentation, such as visas and passports. Saffron Voyages is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

Additional Considerations

  • Check baggage allowance for both cabin and check-in. No free baggage allowance for infants.
  • Meals, seats, and special requests are not guaranteed, and the User must confirm these directly with the Vendor.
